Love the store love the staff- very knowledgeable and friendly BUT my new product ( never used before) doesn’t work ( one of them I bought) and I can’t OPEN the other one!! I don’t live close so it is a pain… I’m going to try to take them back soon and I will update! The owner actually called me!!( amazing customer service!) He assured me that he will make it right and I know that he will. He actually offered to come to me- what company does that- I am officially impressed! They have been very informative in the past about the products and with this kind of customer service that is NEVER seen I am changing my review from 3 stars to 5 - I wish I could go even higher!

I was in such a bad place mentally and physically, I prayed, please Lord guide me, make it clear to me where I need to go... that was to Matt at American Shaman. To say that Matt changed my life, is an absolute understatement!! Matt has gone above & beyond for my entire family!!! He has helped my daughter who is battling incurable bone cancer, my dog who has a collapsed trachea and a enlarged heart and me who has severe chronic pain, some serious stress & many many sleepless nights. Matt gave me my life back!!! He helped eliminate my pain, reduced my stress & put me to sleep!!!! How do you begin to thank someone for ALL of that!! Matt has Blessed us beyond measure!! There are NO words to express my gratitude!! PLEASE go see Matt, he is extremely knowledgeable, incredibly kind & thoughtful and truly wants to help!!! You'll be happy you did.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the products sold here! They are very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I've gone in for my usual package of gummies, talked with Brett about my messed up knee, and he sent me home with a sample CBD lotion, to help relieve the pain in my knee. The lotion worked great! I can't say enough nice things about this place! I'll never go to another CBD store. Keep up the great work, y'all!

My mom has been here for almost five years! She’s felt a lot better on her bipolar disorder and overall amazing. I tried one and had a severe panic attack. Not for me but for my mom 🙏 Edit: So I accidentally took delta 8 gummies and not the delta nine! It was a mistake that I’ll never forget. I’ll continue with the 50 CBD 0.3 THC. But dang, last night was not pleasant
