I’ve been to three of these stores one in Brookfield one Waukesha and this one and I have had nothing but pleasant, positive, and good experiences at each one of these locations. I want to shout out to all the owners, even though they are all different owners, but they are all really good at explaining how stuff works or if you explain to them what you might be looking for they’re really knowledgeable on what you might need I will continue being a customer for not just this store, but this company overall for the foreseeable future

Jennifer was super helpful and so nice! I've had severe anxiety most of my life and she helped me find something that worked (which has never happened) and was super kind the whole time. Amazing customer service! She even gave me a little sample to know if it was good for me.

I have never written a bad review before but felt compelled because of how I was treated here. Went here for the first time and owner asked anything you’re looking for? I said no just browsing. I am someone who likes to read ingredient labels and shop different products. Was asked again anything your looking for? And I said no just browsing. Finally, less than 2 minutes later she says WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?!?! in an extremely disrespectful tone, to which I replied I’ll just leave then. And she said good, I don’t have time for that! I was just ordinarily shopping and was there less than 5 minutes. Skip this place and shop somewhere you are treated decently.

Jennifer and the entire team is extraordinary at worst and exemplary at best. The store is clean, spacious, comfortable and you feel very welcomed as you walk in. The fragrance of the store is inviting and soothing ushering in an unexpected top notch experience. There was no pressure for purchase, rather a consultative approach tailored to your individual needs. I would highly recommend this store and it deserves more than 5 stars.

Visiting this store is a highlight of my day when I go. Jennifer is a class act who goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, including answering any questions you have on the extensive, diverse product offerings she has in this beautiful store. Highly recommend!
