Dec 15th, 2025 / 1:00pm (date / time I was there): Two Stars because the staff behind the counter was very passive-aggressively rude & curt in her tone and customer service demeanor (I was nice and did not provoke her in any way, AND she made a $45 sale). She was not courteous, very cold, and she sighed to herself when I reminded her to grab an item I asked for minutes prior. People come here for products that help their mood and physical pain, and to be treated unfairly for NO REASON AT ALL is unacceptable. One less customer at this location now.

I came to this place seeking relief from my ongoing pain, as the doctors couldn't tell me what was wrong. I was advised to come here, assuring me that anyone working here could help me. It's very true; everyone is highly educated and knowledgeable. I wanted to try THC and some CBD, and I walked out with a mixture of both. I wasn't even aware that THC was legal in Texas. I can happily say that I am now pain-free. Thank you, Carmen and Danny, for always being so kind. I love all of your products; you all have changed my life!
