I visited this store this morning and can't say enough about Donna. She always greets me with a smile and takes the time to ask how I am. I am on a budget so I don't spend much but she always makes me feel special and always takes time to answer any questions I might have. She's great.

I normally take your Cloud 300. It hadn't been working as well lately, so I went by your Gladstone store and spoke with Donna. I'm so glad I did. She listened and then offered suggestions. After I sampled the 900 Cloud I was sold. Donna was so knowledgeable and nice. I picked up 2 so I can share one.
