I love this place! Keith and Renee are so great at what they do. I've come to them quite a few times for quite a few different things. Anything from my dogs anxiety to me having night terrors to me just feeling like crap, etc. They always have a solution that actually works. Renee's massages are life changing!!! I highly recommend.

I enjoyed a Sound Bath by both Keith and Renee and it was fantastic! They bent over backwards to make us all feel welcome and comfortable. I didn't realize all the things that they do there, so I look forward to coming back for yoga and hopefully a massage soon!

1-hr. massage: Renee was fantastic. I was in town for a couple days visiting family, and struggling with a potential herniated disc (lower back). Renee was able to calm the spasms for the rest of my stay, and I feel as though I'm still in a better spot now, even after a long day of travel, than I was when I arrived. Thanks Renee!

CBD American Shaman was an unexpected surprise! I happened by this business, looking for a massage, and both visits with two different therapists were exceptional! The massages really addressed my issues, but they went above and beyond to explain what I could do on my own to alleviate sore, tight muscles. Millie and Rene also have so much knowledge of the body, micro biome/ digestive health and supplemental products for health and wellness. Also, it’s a very comfortable and friendly environment!
