I was checking out and they tried to sell me on join for 20$ that was in the 75% off box. I asked for the price breakdown and they couldn’t give me and answer on why it cost 80$ for a very small join so they gave me my money back didn’t even explain anything. Then I put it back on the box at not 100% gentelness more like 75% and the owner start talking crap to a kid half his age and and then I just walk out of the store. HE PROCEEDS TO FOLLOW ME OUTSIDE TRYING TO FIGHT ME AND TELLING ME TO KICK ROCKS CAUSE I ASKED HIM HOW A JOIN WAS 80$. Get a life bro and never go here

Visited twice. Walked in knowing nothing about their product. Employee was incredibly helpful and suggestions were great when I tried it at home. 2nd time was a different employee who was just as great and helped me with trying a couple new varieties. Definitely will go again.

I have visited both locations of this franchise and have always had a good experience. Randell has always been knowledgeable about the products they provide and willing to explain anything I needed help with. As a mechanic joint pain is a killer so I use their products frequently. Good price and great people!
