I know nothing about what is offered in dispensaries. I went into this store to pick something up for my daughter-in-law for her birthday and was asking for help and guidance. I was cluless and saw a birthdaycard which included a straw like thing, and I asked what it was for. I asked the cashier if my daughter-in-law would know what it was then asked her to explain what it was for to me. The cashier just said yes, she'll know, and didn't offer any additional assistance. Turns out it really was nothing but a straw. I would have had to buy a pre-roll which my son told me a day after my daughter in law's birthday. That is horrible service. If I'm telling you that I'm totally green in this area and really wanted to get my daughter-in-law something I knew she would like, why would you encourage me to just buy this straw thing and not inform me that I would have to buy a pre-roll? I still don't know what a pre-roll is but I'm heading to a dispensary close by to find out for myself. Worst service ever!!

Scott is such a great guy and very knowledgeable as well as other staff there. Being a first-timer I had a lot of questions at which most people would be annoyed but every time I'm treated with kindness and respect and I get the answer I'm looking for. Not to mention there though one place that has the product that I like and can't find anywhere else. Prices are uncomparable to everywhere I've been as well as they have rewards and always having some sort of sale or discount. Such a wide variety of things to choose from even stuff for your animals

Great little shop! Knowledge of products was exceptional. Scott, the man that waited on me, was helpful. He answered all my questions which made my purchase easy. My husband and I were very pleased with the products purchased. Definitely shop here again.
